Two pipes.

The underneath of my GTA is quite badly corroded, especially two pipes that enter around the oil filter housing. Can anyone confirm what these two pipes are for, if the contain oil or water and also where do they lead to?
I think it would be sensible to replace them both before they start to leak.

They are the water cooling pipes for the oil cooler/sandwich plate.
